Came on time and discussed my concern with my dryer. Quickly determined problem and confirmed it after opening dryer. Showed me the faulty parts and had replacements with him. He quickly fixed the problem and put the dryer back together. He then checked the dryer to ensure it was working fine. Polite, conscientious, knew what he was doing and I was confident he did a good job in a very timely manner. Very happy with the service.
