Trying to replace a hot water heater. I called Sam after having two other companies come out and tell me two different things regarding issues with the water heater and replacing it. Sam could immediately sense the tension and desperation in my voice, had me walk him through what I’d been told and after hearing it, agreed to come over right away to assess the situation and give me his professional advice. He walked me through every aspect, angle, options with pros and cons and what he personally would do in my position. Sam was amazing! He was so thorough and went through the entire house that we are buying to show us each thing that he noticed while doing the inspection. This was an amazing experience that made me feel completely prepared to buy this new home and not find any surprises. Thanks, Sam!
We are purchasing an older home and wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprises prior to closing. Sam was thorough and explained all his findings in a way we could understand. Gave reasonable suggestions for repairs he suggested. His expertise was evident.
