Sam was friendly, honest and informative. Even after the inspection he would reach out to see if I had any follow up questions for concerns. I would definitely recommend him as a home inspector!

Sam Wilson was our inspector for our new home and I am so entirely satisfied with his service! He was EXTREMELY thorough, he found things we wouldn’t even think to look at! He took his time and really made sure to check everything to ensure we were safe to buy this house. You can tell he really loves what he does and does it with pride! You cannot skip inspections! Just hire Sam, you will be very pleased with his services.

When I arrived Sam had just finished his inspection. He greeted me told me how he got into his career which was for his love of houses. I gottah say I have never met anyone so thorough and detailed in his walk thru and report. He showed us everything from the outside to the inside. Every appliance every nook amd cranny. He showed what he found in the the attic and crawlspaces with very detailed pictures. I was very happy with Sam and i would recommend him 10x over to anyons else that needs a house or their house checked out. Then he is your man 100% no doubt about it. The price was good too little over 400$ which for all the info I got well worth it.
