Trying to replace a hot water heater. I called Sam after having two other companies come out and tell me two different things regarding issues with the water heater and replacing it. Sam could immediately sense the tension and desperation in my voice, had me walk him through what I’d been told and after hearing it, agreed to come over right away to assess the situation and give me his professional advice. He walked me through every aspect, angle, options with pros and cons and what he personally would do in my position. While we didn’t come up with an immediate solution, (only because it’s the house that’s the issue) As he left I felt more knowledgeable about the situation and problems surrounding it, which gave me a little relief and sense of which direction to take next. Sam is thorough, honest, resourceful, knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about the people he helps and works with.
