Ideal is always does an amazing job from trainings to providing any help needed throughout the year. I have been taking Pete's classes a few years in a row now and it is always pleasant experience. Pete is a fun guy with lots of stories from his experience in the field which is fun to hear. We've had numerous questions arise in the middle of a school year that ideal has always answered and helped out with right away. Would highly recommend!
