Dr. Kilby is the best veterinarian in town, hands down. Don’t believe me, go and check her out. She is knowledgeable like most, but she is also thorough, kind, caring. Not only is she all that towards your pet, she also treats dog parents with grace, understanding and so much love. This office has also some of the most efficient while at the same time caring people. It is an absolute pleasure to go there and know that your pet is in good hands. Here is my lovely lady Abby. Have been going through a rough patch, but she is in the best hands!
Dr Kramer has handled our dogs care with professional and compassion. We are facing surgery in 2 weeks, but he prepared us for this result and we appreciate all of the time he has taken with us hour dog’s illness and ongoing recovery. All of the staff is welcoming and efficient.
My entire life our family pets have been treated here and I wouldn't have it any other way. Both of our childhood dogs transitioned to the rainbow bridge at Hawthorne. Everyone is beyond kind, personable, compassionate, and incredible at their jobs. I truly cannot give them enough praise.
