Usually lower gas prices. Sometimes have to wait in line. Sometimes missing windshield fluid and squeegee. Would like a touchless credit card scanner for better security at the pumps.
Great service provided to us. Our questions have always been answered, polite workers with a sense of humor and most importantly our sod is newer. They have given it a great start not using too much product or too little. Definitely will continue with them as long as they keep up the great job!
Was an FS Custom Turf client for two years -- they put weed suppressant and fertilizer on my 1.5 acre property three times per year. They never told me when they were coming, just showed up, did their thing, and left a bill. Small flaw, but I overlooked that because my lawn looks good. Recently, I called them and asked if next time they had a crew near me, could they put weed suppressant on my gravel driveway and fenced in garden -- areas they don't normally treat.
