They were professional and did the job well. My radon went from 11 to .4. My neighbor’s house had another company do their radon and they used a regular downspout for the vent pipe. David Smith Radon used proper pvc pipe which will be much more sturdy. Highly recommend.
Recently moved to the area and put an Airthings radon monitor in my basement. pCi/L readings fluctuated from 7.7 to 14.3 (average 12.2). Since that was quite high, I added another monitor to my main floor bedroom, and readings ranged from 4.5 to 5.2 (average 4.8).
