Genuine and caring through the whole process with a full AC unit and furnace replacement. I was a bit overwhelmed and received a ridiculous quote from a competitor. This local company is trustworthy and provides phenomenal pricing. The owner was thorough and relieved all my worries by addressing questions and giving tips for me I had not even thought of which was really reassuring. About a year ago our AC quit cooling properly and I assumed we'd need a new system, so I called them out for a quote on a replacement. I was very excited to hear the owners suggestion to not replace it at this time but do a repair instead. I'm happy to say that they repaired it, and that was a year ago and it's still running strong! I'll be reaching out to D & M for any additional needs I may have for my home hvac system.
