If there was a “NO STAR” rating, it would apply. How sad for this community that there’s no other laundry facility nearby. This place is absolutely FILTHY. Please be prepared to wipe down everything!!! This place should be for cleaning clothes, not getting them dirty. I’m patronizing ONLY because of convenience.
EDIT: The unprofessional response given after this review is a direct reflection of the deplorable condition this business embodies.
I’m by no means a “freak”, but a paying customer who will gladly take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
A few weeks ago my clothes caught on fire at this laundromat. The owner of the laundromat has blocked me and has not responded back to any of my messages. He tried to blame me for the dryers catching on fire but I have a copy of the investigation report showing that I was not at fault. I am more upset that there was no apology and no remorse for what happened. I am not saying it was necessarily his fault but as the owner he should have taken responsibility for what happened. I had 6 dryers, 2 weeks worth of clothes for me and my 3 children. He asked me if I would come back and wash my clothes there again and I told him no. Absolutely the filthiest laundromat I have ever been in. It looks like none of these machines is ever wiped clean inside or outside. There is trash all over the floors, dust everywhere, especially on the washer tops and dryer doors. It’s gross.
