Very frustrated with Bortell Animal Hospital called to schedule appointment for new kitten to find out that new policy is that visit must be paid for in advance based on what they think cost will be two weeks in advance for a sick kitten. Have taken our pets there for 5 years, always paid our bill in full at every visit. Greatly respect and appreciate Dr Bortell but will no longer be utilizing service there with this new policy.

Christy in the office of Dr bortel's is very disrespectful and is a liar told Dr Bortel that I have reported that my dog was injured after two laser treatments and I did not say that when I had called for help I had called telling them that she was in pain and I was concerned about what to give her for her pain and the way she was acting after the laser treatment I was very concerned with she lied to Dr Bortel because he was not in there and told him that I said that they had hurt my dog twice and lied about everything saying I did no call no shows covid had attacked Dr Bortel so they had called and canceled with me he was out for a week week and a half with covid... read full review
