I called mark, and he was very nice to talk to. He told me he would show up on Monday between 9 and 10. He did not show. On Tuesday he drove by my house and spoke to the people I hired to clean my gutters. I was home at the time. He didn’t even get out of his truck to address me. But called me about what I should look for in a new roof. When I asked him to give me an estimate, he continued with what I should look for in my new roof. At the time I called him, I had an active leak. There was no help on the leak and no help on an estimate. I was very disappointed.

Mark and his guys recently did our roof and we are very pleased with their work! Job done on time, on budget with a very thorough clean up afterwards.
