Been a patient of Dr. PILCHER from the moment he arrived in Bloomington from Colorado. I can honestly say he is the best Dr around. He has built an amazing practice and surrounded his practice with more amazing Dr. Nurses Nurse practitioners and staff. I have sent everyone i know to his practice, so much so that he told me as much as he appreciated it i had to stop because he's booked all the time. Anyone who has medical issues know what it means to have a great doctor and that's exactly what you get with Bloomington primary care. I could not possibly say enough positive about Bloomington primary care. I have been going there for years now and had several doctors and several nurse practitioners, currently Caitlin's sitton is is my health care provider. She does a wonderful job and is very very responsive pays attention makes you feel that you were heard, your concerns aren't dismissed even if they're not real concerns once you talk to Caitlin. I also want to comment on the nursing staff especially the phone line I just spoke with them this morning. They are so helpful and like the other staff at Bloomington primary Care their responsive they pay attention they take their job seriously... read full review

By far the best PCP office in town. Started seeing Dr. Houghton 6 years ago and everyone from the nursing staff, front desk, and medical assistants have always been welcoming, kind, and patient both in person and over the phone. They’re always happy to help, courteous, and professional. Going to the doctor is something I do not enjoy, so when any entire office can make you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you check out, it’s a win! Highly recommend!
