Jaxon came out on a Saturday afternoon to finish our kitchen sink faucet installation after the supply lines failed. He was professional, arrived on time, clearly explained the plumbing problem and how he would fix it, and made the whole repair process easy to understand. He also took the time to show us where the main water shutoff valve is, which was very helpful for any future plumbing issue. I was very pleased with my service from Black Brothers Plumbers. They were recommended to me because of their fair pricing and solid plumbing experience, and that turned out to be absolutely true. Brantley was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which made the whole visit easy and stress free. Thomas does very careful plumbing work and pays close attention to the details. He is great at finding tough sewer and water line problems and comes prepared with the right tools, including a quality sewer scope camera. He replaced about 45 feet of a lateral sewer line, installed an outdoor shower, and ran a new water line to a future shed. That part of the job required digging a long trench of around 60 feet through an area full of existing pipes and utility lines, and he handled it with real skill and care.
