“After a frustrating experience with another company (a company that is usually top of the sponsored paid section), I called JT's Appliance Repair and they were able to get my washing machine fixed.
Kevin clearly knew his stuff, and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly, something the previous company had gotten wrong. It turned out the repair was covered under my warranty, which saved me a good amount of money. They helped me to go through GE to get the part ordered, and Kevin came back to replace the part. He came in just in time, because the washing machine stopped working the day before (we knew it was going to break at some point without a replacement part).
Now my washing machine is running great. I'll be calling JT's Appliance Repair for any future appliance issues and would highly recommend them!“
