Ryan was able to solve a nagging AC issue I had that two other firms could not. And, the resolve was only a capacitor and not an expen$$$ive fix. Integrity for sure here, seeming to be a lost art at other places...Service: A/C system repair

AirTec services the units at my office and while I haven't always been happy with the techs they've sent, I think I finally found a good one! Jarred was out today and quickly figured out why our AC wasn't cooling. He was able to explain things in an non condescending way and reset the limit that our system tripped while in heat mode earlier this week. #DefinitelyIllinoisWeatherThisWeek Thanks for sending Jarred out today! We'll be sure to request him from now on!

Just had a service call form AirTec. The repair tech was GREAT. I was "certain" it was the fan motor and it turned out to be the capacitor... something less expensive. Someone with less integrity could have easily replaced the fan motor. I'm very satisfied.
