AirTec services the units at my office and while I haven't always been happy with the techs they've sent, I think I finally found a good one! Jarred was out today and quickly figured out why our AC wasn't cooling. He was able to explain things in an non condescending way and reset the limit that our system tripped while in heat mode earlier this week. #DefinitelyIllinoisWeatherThisWeek Thanks for sending Jarred out today! We'll be sure to request him from now on!
