I had a really great experience at the L.A. Tan .The customer service was amazing—Summer was so kind, sweet, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She greeted me right away and took her time to help me with everything I needed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Summer, for such excellent service! I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been coming to the Bloomingdale location for a little around 10 yrs. With the newer owners things have been a lot better than before but lately in a yr in a half. Things have been up and down. Trying to keep a good manager and things have seem to be taking a long time for issues to get resolved. There was a lot of drama but I believe Tiffany really had her ears and eyes opened and figured out what who causing these issues and with my health I haven’t been going in much and I had a issues that keeps repeating it took a month for it to finally get resolved and a day I knew one of the girls that have been there a long time and knows her stuff Lucia just like Ruth... read full review

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this tanning salon! it’s extremely clean, smells AMAZING!! The young lady Ruth is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and equipment, and her friendly personality made the whole experience so enjoyable,She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable.this salon is worth the drive, will be coming back!.
