My doctor is amazing, but if you need refills for your prescription you go through a hell. I take thyroid medicine everyday, I was out for about 10 days until they renew my prescription. I was calling for 2 weeks, more than 8 calls and no one to help me. In the end of the day it is very serious. A thyroid medicine you must take everyday without interruption, it isn't a supplement that you can run out for some days and not cause you anything. I feel like it is a lack of care and very disrespectful with the patients.

I definitely appreciate Melanie for have being the first time appointment with her being respectful and patiently listening to my concerns. She patiently took time to evaluate my conditions and acknowledged me to address them with her perspective well informed medical knowledge. Unfortunately, they don't offer more stars to rate her otherwise I would give her 10 stars.

I have been a patient at Forum Health for nearly 10 years, and this review is long overdue.
Anjitha and Roanne are truly wonderful. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently provide excellent care. My positive experiences with them are the only reason I remained with this practice as long as I did.
Unfortunately, the office operations have been extremely frustrating. I have dealt with multiple billing errors over the years. In one case, I was billed for a charge that my insurance contract explicitly prohibited them from billing me for after it was denied. It took months of repeated follow-up for them to remove the charge. A year later, the same incorrect charge was added back onto my account. Because their automated billing system does not include detailed statements, I unknowingly paid it and then had to spend additional time ensuring the credit was correctly applied — including monitoring transfers between my account and my husband’s account.
The billing issues are not isolated incidents. It is also very difficult to reach someone by phone, and getting timely responses can be challenging. Additionally, my experience with Dr. Epperly has not been positive. I have found him to be dismissive and lacking in bedside manner.
After nearly a decade of trying to balance excellent care from certain providers with ongoing administrative problems, I have reached my limit. I sincerely appreciate Anjitha and Roanne, but the overall office experience has made it impossible for me to continue as a patient.

Worst place to get Help menopause HRT, they do not go over bloodwork or give instructions on how to follow treatment insurance does not cover. Very unfriendly , call center no direct call when you call, also they don’t do their own billing.
