Our family was looking for a new dentist and are so happy we found Eagle Falls Dentistry after many hours of researching dentists in our area we are very happy with our choice. The staff from front desk, hygienists, dentists and assistants are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. We felt respected and were kept informed on procedures needed and not necessary also.
Came in this morning with a broken front tooth! Humiliated and embarrassed because I hadn’t seen a Dentist in 2 years!! Called them randomly ( found them on google) begging on a Saturday morning to help me!! They were extraordinary!! Got me an appointment right away!!From my first call this am to the interaction with the front staff, to Ashley , my dental assistant, to Dr. Martin, my Savior!! The most excellent service and the most excellent outcome!! This will be my Dental service forever!! Can’t recommend them enough!!
Absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, nerve easing dental service I’ve ever received or experienced in the Illinois area. I’m usually extremely nervous-they helped in so many ways to make sure I was relaxed and received amazing care! I will be making this my Dental home!
