Going here was an experience I intensely regret. This woman is a professional scammer. She gave me a quote to do henna for $10. She ended up charging me $20. The Henna looks absolutely aweful like a preschooler did it. The Henna also did not look like a design that was picked out. After I paid her, without complaining, her demeanor completely changed. She became cold and rude. When she went to the bathroom to wash off the Henna, she was extremely rough and aggressive. I almost called the police on this lady for being so abusive. The bathroom was in the back of the salon where this lady also lives, which looks like a ramshackle. Not even kidding. It was a memory foam, not even a bed in the back of the salon with a pillow and a microwave next to it with about 12 decaying bananas on top of the microwave. I’m not sure if she naps in there or actually lives in there but the lady lives in squalor. I understand that she needs to make money but scamming people and doing such poor quality work on top of that is not worth it! Please go elsewhere and save your money. Poor service, stolen money, and abusive owner. Also, do not believe all the fake positive reviews. Like the others have said, scroll down and you will see a lot more accurate reviews, I’m not the only one who was completely scammed. Be careful because she scams you so quick, you won’t even know what hit you and how you got scammed until it’s over. I wouldn’t ever go back. This lady is PURE EVIL and karma will come for her.

I’ve been going here for 5 years now and never had a problem. Bovi is always kind, takes her time, and is efficient. With eveything closing in that mall, I’m sure she’s nervous about her business’ future, I’d give her grace.. everyone working in this mall is a little on edge.Service: Eyebrow threading

I’ve been going to this place a long time for more than 2 years. Before the lady used to greet you and welcome you. Now she is always on her phone. When you pay her she goes to the back and hides till you leave. She was initially going to do my eyebrows with wax and I asked her nicely with thread she rolled her eyes and did them quick chatting with her friend or family is moreImportant than her customers.
