STA just recently installed new gutters for us. One of the reasons besides cost (which was important) was that John is very attentive to customer needs. Small things like letting us know when he was running late, and promptly returning texts was a big reason we picked STA. It proved right when I texted him about a small issue we were having with one of the gutters. Within hours he told me he would have someone look at it and within 2 days it was fixed. Definitely reliable. By the way the gutters look an work great.
We were thinking of having our house sided and talked to John Ellwood . He suggested we have some cedar boards replaced and this saved us a bunch of money! Their work was great and we’ve since had the house painted and it’s gorgeous. I thank them for their knowledge and honest opinions!
I’ve been working with John, STA’s superintendent for several years now, for our HOA. John and his crew have taken care of a variety of repairs, roofing leaks, cedar siding replacement, aluminum fascia replacements, as examples. Most recently we were trying to resolve a small roof leak, George (lead carpenter) was able to discover a cost effective repair in which other contractors were recommending to replace large sections of roofing, as a solution. Thanks again!
