We have used this facility on quite a few different occasions now. We love them. We drop our animal off. They take care of whatever we need taken care of and we pick them up they've been amazing! We lost the cat here recently. Thankfully they put him to sleep for us and they were so kind. We even got a card in the mail that meant the world to my wife. I highly recommend them!

Always very good. We recently switched all of our pets to here as it's closer than Pope but would definitely recommend even if you don't live in Bethalto. Beware though, they can be booked out months in advance.
