O delivered my second baby at the PCC Birth Center and I had such a beautiful experience. I have to tell ALL midwife’s are angels in earth! They do such a beautiful job: Lacey, Megan, Cecile, Tera, Laura… Mary is a peaceful person! I really loved to delivery my baby there! Was the best choice ever! If you are an expectant mama, you should be in their hands!
I usually have good experiences with PCC South and really love my PCP, but my most recent experience was really frustrating. I was told to call a schedule a re-test for a lab, so I did that and scheduled an appt for today. I drive 25 minutes to get here just to be told there is no order for the lab and they are trying to work on it. This would have been helpful to know before my appt or it would have been helpful to have the order ready BEFORE my appt. I have a busy day today and don’t have extra time to sit in the waiting room waiting for PCC to get things together. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. Very disappointed in this service.
I switched over to this clinic last year because I had been looking for a new pediatrician for my 4 yr old, and so far they've been amazing! I even switched MY PCP to this clinic because I felt like they genuinely cared for their patients. The girls at the front desk are always nice and helpful. I kept having issues with my daughter's school physical form and the front desk girls and the Dr were super accommodating and helpful. They always call me and keep me posted. I wish I knew the girls names at the front desk so I can going them a shout out, but you guys rock! Also Dr DeHoek, Dr Friedman, Annette; all awesome!
