I go here all the time because Vicki never disappoints. Yes it's small and a little outdated BUT she always takes care of me and her pricing is great. She comes through with my color and I always get a ton of compliments when she does it. Definitely call ahead and make sure she's there tho.

The beautician can do anything from perms to crazy hair colors! They also do facial and body wax. Ear piercing and nails. They can now do party decorations such as ballons, center pieces, arches and linens and chair and table rentals.
