For starters , she’s takes about a hour to be seen. When she is there the process seems rushed but she seems to care about your concerns and problems . She also gave me wrong information on a lab that I got done and it honestly made me furious . Some medical abbreviations that I mentioned to her she didn’t also understand. I’m not sure why I know them and she doesn’t , while this is her specialty.

The receptionist was nice upon arrival but I did have to wait 2 hours before I was seen and that was with an appointment. Everyone who came after me were seen immediately.
Despite expressing my concerns to the doctor, she seemed fixated on my weight. She attributed my health issues solely to my obesity, and the entire consultation felt hurried and rushed. She mentioned that she couldn't offer much assistance without the results of my blood tests, so she arranged for them to be conducted later in the week. Additionally, when I presented a skin condition that was causing me distress, I could easily discern her disgust.
From my very first appointment with Dr Valero which was over a year ago, I have had nothing but the absolute best experiences and care with her and her team. She’s awesome. A great doctor and super accommodating which I appreciate so much. I see her every few months and the first time I met her and had my first appointment with her, I instantly made her my primary care physician. Wouldn’t want to have anyone else. Clean facility, appointments are always in a timely matter and she takes her time talking to you and answering any questions you have. She’s so nice and has a great energy.
