“I have to say that previously I’ve had trouble finding barbers that give me what I want. When I came across The One Barbershop, I knew I chose correctly. I had booked an appointment one day before Thanksgiving and they were nice enough to give me a spot. There my boy William took care of me. He was really respectful and he was really welcoming. He works to get your haircut as precisely as you tell him. I got a slickback with a low taper. All i have got left to say is that William blessed me up. I will be going to him for future cuts.“

“First experience at this local barber shop. I arrived a few minutes (2) late, and it was not an issue at all. Not confrontation. Elijah asked how I wanted my hair done, and I showed him photos saved on my phone from how my barber on the northside of Chicago would cut it - high fade with finger length scissors cut on top. He finished the haircut in 35 minutes and was very swift yet thoughtful in his approach. He asked me questions in a conversational manner in the beginning but it didn't distract from the task at hand. This is a great local spot worth considering for a haircut. Lots of younger children with parents, those in their 20's, and above 30's - like me! Thanks again.“

There's a bank next door to get some cash, but the service in both was fantastic.

William was able to give me a quick, yet comfortable and stylish cut, without any issues.
