We had such a wonderful experience at this barbershop with my 6-year-old son, who is autistic. Haircuts can often be very overwhelming and frustrating for him, but the barber was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire visit.
What stood out the most was how well the barber recognized when my son needed a break and never rushed him. The stylist is Antonio, I came in as a walk-in, I explained to him that my son has sensory issues and doesn’t have autism which I’m looking for a suitable- super patience person to cut my son’s hair but I had no luck with any other stylist because they couldnt assist my son properly . Antonio did an excellent job and super patience, accepted the walk- in and showed me that he was willing to assist my son with a lot of patience! Great communication skills with my son. I had no idea what haircut to get which my brother told him what to get and he got the idea of it. He was super quick for an excellent even hair cut as for me walking in. I took my 6 year old autistic son here. He is high functioning. He hasn’t been at a barber shop in a few years. His experience here was great. He was so relaxed during his haircut that he was falling asleep. I thank God for that because hair cuts were a big struggle for us.
