Excellent Service. .purchased a Speed Queen W/D set in January and inquired over the phone and they had it delivered the following Saturday morning and hooked everything up and took old set away at no charge. Only regret is not going with them sooner. Thank you, Heineke.!!
Absolutely the best customer service around. I have used Heineke's on many occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, always professional, know what they're doing...simply the best. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Was going to have to buy a whole new washer. Called heineke and they had a service guy come within a week. It was a simple fixed and saved me money on having to buy a whole new washer. Very pleased with everything. Great job guys will call again if I have any other issues.
