Echoing what others have said. Was over-charged for two visits, and three services, none of which completed the job and created further backups. The Block in my line remained, even though Dr. Rooter 911 thought they cleared it. Turns out it was an incomplete camera inspection. I had another service come out and fix it properly. The other service had upfront pricing and was far less expensive for the same services, and actually completed the job ( and didn't charge me for the inspection to make sure that their job was complete). When you're in a vulnerable place, do your due diligence and find a good reputable service! This service is questionable.
Terrible company to work with They over charged me because someone else paid part of the bill with out me knowing. The owner did know charged me the full price. The owner will not refund me the overcharge
This company is racist and they scam you by charging you for a service that wasn’t fully completed but they add some prices. Be watchful of what you’re paying and why. The workers here are also not accredited. They are mostly family (Hispanix) and don’t have proper training. Call and see for yourself
