John Dorfler from Professional Home Restoration (PHR) was outstanding from start to finish. After hail damaged our roof and siding, he stepped in and handled the entire insurance claim process with real expertise and care. He walked us through every step, made sure nothing was overlooked, and fought to get us the coverage we needed so the restoration could be done right.
Thanks to John’s knowledge and persistence, our claim was approved and the work on the roof and siding moved forward smoothly. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful the whole way.
