As we found ourselves saying goodbye to our Dad we chose Andersons. They are very good when going through all the steps that need to take place. As we went through things at the church and the burial/internment details we all felt comfort and a sense of order at a time when we were feeling so much loss. Words to describe Andersons from my perspective are: professional, compassionate, kind, gentle, leadership, dignity, caring, guidance, organized and patient.

Anderson did my mother’s service 1-1/2 years ago and they were so great I could not say enough about them. My father recently passed away and his wishes were that we used Anderson again. The people who dealt with picking my father up and dealing with the actual service were awesome. I had dealt with Patrick Anderson last time and he was awesome but the new person taking his place did not communicate well with us and I’m still waiting to hear from her. Also I found out that the home had sold and had different policies that were not explained to the family. I just wished that the communication from the contact person was better. Couldn't ask for more compassionate and helpful people. Our family used Anderson for both my father and mother's services. They made us feel at ease and didn't try to rush us through the planning process. I appreciated their attention to detail and their compassion at a most difficult time in my life. Patrick and Amy were both available to us when ever we had questions and/or concerns. I highly recommend Anderson Funeral and Cremation Service.
