My deck is maintenance-free due to the superior composite material. And because of the design, completely dry underneath. 2 of my 3 goals. The other being overly sturdy for safety, and I got that too. While expensive up front, the benefits far outweigh recurring maintenance cost and personal effort. Pat and Top Deck would be my first call -likely my only call- if I needed a deck or patio space built in the future. With a product and system that lasts forever, I'd have to create a problem myself, though. The whole deck building process with Top Deck went very well. Chris and Dan were easy to talk with and we especially appreciated that they were able to come out a whole week earlier so the deck would be available while family was visiting. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and professionally. The composite deck is exactly what we wanted and feel the quality of work and materials justified the cost, which was surprisingly more affordable than we originally imagined. Thanks, Top Deck!
