I was supposed to have my dishwasher repaired through them. When the first tech arrived he said he didn’t have to tool for the hose clamp. He scheduled it for the next day. I got a call saying they had to order them. Are you kidding me! The box came with hose clamps.

If it was possible to rate a zero I would. I filed a warranty claim on a purchase from Lowe's in May and it is still not repaired. NEC came out and assessed what needed to happen and have ghosted me since telling me they were waiting on parts

NEC called the week before to schedule the appointment and they showed up at the scheduled time. Lead Tech Glenn had diagnosed the issue in about 30 seconds!!! Part ordered and he showed how we could still use the dryer until the part arrives. A+ very professional and courteous.
