I called them from Tennessee to see if I could have an arrangement delivered to a friend in Mascoutah that day. I called at noon on a Saturday. They were very helpful and were indeed able to deliver the arrangement I purchased within a couple of hours. Would use them again.
Im leaving 5 stars for the service. A gentleman called me while I was at work for a delivery, he was so gracious and polite! He wanted permission to access my backyard to ensure the flowers were under shade and also provided me with who sent the flowers so I could thank them right away. The flowers we very pretty, some were falling but I think that’s okay due to being outside and they were a bit long for the vase. Thank you to the gentleman who delivered them!
I am very disappointed in Krupp costomer service. I ordered a garden bowl not the small one but the xl one for a co-worker's fathers funeral. They sent a basket instead and it looked Charlie Brown. I called several times and told the clerk about it. She said that she would take my information down and have the owner call me back. It has been 3 weeks. I gave it awhile since Valentine day fell a week later. It is not like I am a one time customer I order the same thing for every funeral. Again I am very disappointed. The owner finally called me back and we settled the issue. I feel better now. Will continue to use them.
