Here for another appointment. We were told to come at 1:10 for a 1:30 appointment. They came to get my 91 year old mother at 2:36. I knew when they asked if we would like something to drink it was going to be awhile. Very dissatisfied.

I came to Dr. Du having been through years of treatment for my lower back and neck herniations in our previous home state where I had thorough and compassionate providers. His nursing staff are a mixed bag - some that I talked with about my conditions were very nice, others seemed like they hated being there and were rude. After meeting Dr. Du, I think maybe he is the problem. Walked in, asked me what he could do for me, skimmed my chart, barely let me talk, barely looked at me and the entire interaction took maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Du and his staff are amazing. They show lots of caring and compassion for my issues. Dr. Du goes the extra step to provide me the best advice and the best care. Thank you to the entire team to include Bridget and Malissa at the front desk, scheduling, nurse's line, appointment clerk Michelle, and all the nurses that check me in and work on me in the procedure room.
