Took my mother during my lunch to the Belleville office-waited about an hour and a half. The staff’s response to the issue was “yes, he’s always running late”. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out how to fix that problem. Absolutely unacceptable

I've been going here for sometime now, but since they've been taken over by BJC, quality of care has took a nose dive. Good luck trying to talk to some one, after long waits , you'll get disconnected and have to start all over again with busy signals.
