Melissa was helpful - and patient as I picked out carpet! Brad measured carefully and Jack did a wonderful job of expertly installing the carpet! Brad and Jack were also very careful moving all of the furniture. Extremely pleased! I’d recommend them to everyone.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carpet Mart outshines all of the flooring competitors in St Clair County. I spent several hours getting bids from all of the competitors and not only was Carpet Mart the most reasonable in price, they were the only one that had the availability to start within the next business day with a crew. Melissa was so helpful in helping me pick out my carpet. Brad came out the same day to measure. They were so nice and professional and willing to accommodate my need to get my carpet installed right away. We were having trouble getting carpet quickly for a rental property. After being misled by Flooring Interiors we called Carpet Mart. Brad came out the next day and gave us a quote immediately and had the carpet installed in two business days. Amazing service at a fair price! Would highly recommend them.
