It was really horrible. When I arrived there to get my locs retwisted, I had to wait outside till the lady came. Then when she got there, she was not organized at all. She didn't have the gel or the clips. First she left to go get the gel, she got back and attempted to start on my hair only to realize she had no clips, so she left again (leaving me there alone both times) to get the clips. She returned with one pack of clips. While doing my hair she began to remove clips from some locs to place on other locs. Now some of the locs in the back are loose (coming down) I will not be going to that shop ever again....

They do a good job! I always have a good experience when I go. She takes her time and they are professional. Any type or style braids that you show they can do them. And she also has reasonable pricing! will be returning in the future!!

The professionalism of hair braiding is excellent! Braids are firmly packed No pain no gain right... Ladies!! No bells and whistles just hair braiding done right! Aminata going anywhere else but here. Lol
