This will be review 1 of 2! We had our AC serviced this morning by Waldo. When calling the office this morning, we were able to get an appointment within 2 hours! Waldo was thorough, honest, friendly, and gave genuine feedback and recommendations based on our issue to find the best solution for our incredibly old unit. We look forward to our estimate this afternoon to look at replacing this old geezer with Kern as well. Thank you Waldo and Kern!
