Starting with the initial phone call to Gracey who couldn’t have been more helpful with my many questions about my 31 year old Rheem hot water tank! Within minutes I had a fair estimate and a convenient appointment scheduled!! On the day of the install I was notified when Michael & Jessie were on their way! When they arrived in their clean, nicely decorated van and well dressed in their uniforms!
Both were very polite and very informative to my questions! They were not bothered by me watching them throughout the install !
