I had an emergency water heater repair today which of course is Friday. No one else in town could get to me and I was told to give Derek a call. He had one slot left and I grabbed it. He sent two guys over within the hour two hours after that, they head me up and running no up charges no funny business with charging extra this extra that nothing none of that I’ve known Derek for 10 years and that’s how he operates so as usual 10 out of 10 knocked it out of the park.

Derek and Derek jr are so friendly and easy to talk to. They take the time to answer your questions and not make you feel silly for asking them . Derek is licensed and so knowledgeable and they are a hardworking team. I’ve hired them for multiple jobs from toilet replacement , replacing fixtures, sump pumps replacing leaky outdoor faucets and more . I don’t like to bring people into my home but I feel very comfortable with Restoration Plumbing . A big thank you to this team.
