I am so happy I found Ben at Precision Appliance Repair & Service! What a great, knowledgeable guy! I’d been struggling with my old oven for a while and was about to fork over the money to buy a new one when I found Ben. He got back to me the same day I called, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. He was also very upfront about the potential cost and he worked around my schedule to get me in right away! I called to schedule an appointment for a issue with my gas range, and over the phone Ben diagnosed the issue and said he didn't want to come out and charge me for a service call that I didn't need. The issue resolved itself just like Ben diagnosed. He could easily have made the money but instead he was honest up front! Definitely call Precision Appliance repair! Thank you!!
