We love Batavia office. Everyone there is super kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first time seeing Dr. Patel. She was patient and kind with our two girls. Our youngest had her first visit and became a little nervous for the screening. However, she was able ease the nervousness and even got her involved which turned her whole visit around! Thank you for everything you all do! We appreciate you!
We've always had wonderful service with our My Eye Dr. location in Batavia. Recently, however, our 10-yr- old wanted to make the transition from full-time glasses to contacts and we were blown away with their kindness, patience, and commitment in helping make this happen over the span of 3 separate appointments. Thanks to manager Michael and staff, our son is feeling confident in his new contacts! Thank you, all!
I purchased a pair of glasses a few years ago from my eye doctor. Today one of the screws came out. I stoped by the Batavia store and they fixed them in less than 10 min. Thanks Michael for the friendly and fast service!
