This place sucks said my glasses would be done the 30th came said it’s gonna take another week got a call a week later they couldn’t make them to come get a refund came to get a refund they couldn’t figure out how to get my money back

Very UNPROFESSIONALRUDEUNORGANIZEDThey had me and my father take 2 trips and NEVER booked my appointment after confirming a time.They assured me they took my father's insurance card and when we arrived they had us wait to tell us they do not take our insurance.

Went in today for an eye exam. The staff were very very friendly and made me comfortablle. The lady Doctor Who gave me the exam was very professional and made me feel comfortable the best I’ve ever had and I am way up there in years. When it came time for me to pick out glasses it took a while because I am a little fussy and they had so many to choose from but she help me a lot. Very efficient with keeping COVID-19 sanitize I would recommend them to anyone.
