I have had my eyes checked by various members of their optometrist staff over the past several years. I have never had to wait for a long time to get an appointment. This time I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and they scheduled me in for this afternoon. They have all provided excellent service and prescriptions that were perfect. The doctors are skilled and pleasant and their team of assistants provides excellent customer service. The eye exams are thorough and their prices are significantly lower than other local optometrist. I would highly recommend Walmart Vision Center located in the Batavia, Il Walmart.
I’ve been coming to Walmart Vision Center in Batavia since my kids (now 18,19, and 21) were small. Of course the doctors are fantastic and service is always exemplary, but Janie B, an Optician, always goes above and beyond. From making my kids feel safe and have fun during visits as children, to now asking how they’re doing as adults, Janie has been a light to see and speak to, even when I’m just doing some shopping. Went in on Wednesday to pick frames and order glasses, they were ready by Saturday with a perfect prescription. Lily was especially very helpful and accommodating with the entire process. Definitely would recommend this locations eye care center thanks to her!
