Went here for my first appointment. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Reception was polite. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable and will be taking my son here when he’s ready. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was super nice too and even let my son try some on for fun.
Fantastic service! I stepped on my glasses and thought that they could not be fixed. But they heated them and reshaped them and they fit as good as new. Miraculous. I'm very pleased.
I have been using this office for years. They are always kind and helpful, allowing you to take as much time as you need to pick frames. My most recent pair they did not work out, no error on their part, and they helped me get them exchanged easily.
