We had such an excellent experience with Douglas flooring, from the show room to installation. Everyone was professional and also personable. Installation went as promised. Our crew of 2 was very hard working. They cleaned up exceptionally well, When they left we had a clean kitchen and a brand new floor......which I love. I would highly recommend this company.

Hadn't been to Douglas and decided to give them a try - turns out it was the right choice! I was late to order and Douglas was so helpful in meeting my deadline. Installers were polite and professional. Yes - I will use Douglas again in the future!

Congratulations to Douglas Carpet One for an amazing carpet installation in our home. The crew who did the installation were professional, caring and did an awesome job with everything. Being a retired homebuilder I've worked with many carpet companies and Douglas Carpet One by far has been the best. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
