I have an aging AC that your technician Greg performed a maintenance check on today. He was very knowledgable and professional,going the extra mile for me by actually going to the local Ace Hardware for furnace filters so he could replace mine At my age it is difficult for me to replace them in my furnace.When it is time to replace my AC I will certainly be using Comfort Care.
This company responded to an emergency failure of our blower motor and within one hour was at my home installing a new furnace, which we had planned on doing very soon anyway. Our system was only down for six hours and they professionally and competently installed our new furnace to our satisfaction. They were professional and courteous, with emphasis on doing a very clean installation that minimally impacted us. I will continue to use Comfort Care for all of our HVAC needs.
My AC stopped cooling on a 90°+ weekend. I booked an appointment on-line. The technician was out before 8 am on Monday, diagnosed the issue, installed the new part, and checked the unit all within 30 minutes. Nice to work with a local company that has great customer service.
