Overall Pleased!! This was my first time using the Wash and Fold Services at CD Cleaners. The employee was very friendly and informative and I will continue using their services!! However, the only items that did not look very clean were socks. Maybe they were crowed in the washer and did not get cleaned?
Convenient parking right out in front near the front door. A nice man working there who is very friendly. Great job on the comforter including the fact that it was folded so that it wasn't the huge thing that I brought in. Finally I asked for help getting the quilt out to my car because I am disabled. The young man quickly grabbed the quilt and walked out with me and put it into my car. I couldn't have asked for more. Oh, and the price is much more affordable than I would have expected. Also, the central location in Batavia is easy to get to and so convenient because it is close to so many stores that you might go to regularly.
Brought in two items for dry cleaning. Check in process was very simple with giving the basic info, payment was easy, and pick up next day was fantastic! Needed them for a wedding and go it in less than 48 hrs!
