I received a referral from a neighbor and another company. Called and explained my situation. Was able to coordinate arrangements for service. Bill and Leo arrived as scheduled and completed job. Would/will recommend Black Gold in the future. THX Amanda !

Christmas night we had a real emergency realized our tank was filled and overflowing. I called our service that we were dealing with for over 25 years fist thing in the morning and they said sorry we’re booked and can't be out for a couple of days. So I called Black Gold and the gal at the desk said they will be out in three hours. So in just two hours later they showed up Billy and Leo. What a professional and courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was educated on what to do and not to do. Thank you so much black gold for taking care of our emergency here at our home. You guys rock and totally recommend you going forward.

I’ve used these guys for a couple pump outs, but the reason I’m writing this review is how they helped with a sewer line catastrophe that could have put me and the family out of the house for a few days. But instead they were here within a few hours, got a crew out asap for major work, were all a pleasure to deal with and even when they made a boo-boo, they made it right. What more could you ask for?
